Our relaxation-focused Head Spa experience can be personalized for many hair textures, including straight, wavy, curly, and coily hair. Please let us know about braids, extensions, or other styling needs before your visit.
How often can I enjoy a Head Spa session?
There is no required schedule. Many guests choose a monthly visit as part of their personal relaxation and self-care routine. You can book whenever it feels right for you.
What if I have a sensitive scalp or product allergies?
Please tell us about any known sensitivities, allergies, irritation, or discomfort before your appointment. Products and service steps vary, and we cannot guarantee an allergy-free experience. We may recommend postponing a session when appropriate.
What can I expect after my session?
Our Head Spa is designed to offer a peaceful break and a refreshing self-care experience. Everyone's experience is different. Our team can share simple hair-care tips based on the services you received.
Is Head Spa a medical or therapeutic service?
No. Elite Head Spa is a non-medical relaxation and personal-care experience. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions. For medical concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
How should I prepare for my Head Spa appointment?
No special preparation is needed. If possible, arrive with minimal heavy styling products and let us know about any hair extensions, allergies, or product preferences before your session.

Head Spa Reservation Policy
Head Spa appointments require dedicated treatment rooms, equipment, preparation, and provider time. Once an appointment is reserved, that time is removed from availability for other guests. For this reason, cancellation and no-show policies are based on the time and service value reserved, not simply on whether the service was ultimately performed.
Appointment Confirmation
A valid payment method may be required to secure all Head Spa reservations.
By confirming an appointment and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the reservation, cancellation, late-arrival, package, group-booking, and no-show policies applicable to that appointment.
Gift cards, packages, promotional offers, complimentary sessions, and prepaid services do not remove the requirement to secure an appointment when requested.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to receive the complete Head Spa experience.
If you arrive late and we are still able to perform the service, your service may be shortened so we do not delay the next scheduled guest. The original appointment price remains due because the full appointment period was reserved for you.
Guests arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time may need to be rescheduled or cancelled if there is not enough remaining time to safely and properly complete the service. If the appointment cannot be completed because of the late arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable late-cancellation policy may apply.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a Head Spa appointment without a late-cancellation fee.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may be charged 50% of the reserved service value.
No-Shows
A guest who does not attend the scheduled appointment without providing the required notice may be charged 100% of the reserved service value.
The applicable amount may be charged to the payment method used to secure the reservation.
Package & Prepaid Appointments
Appointments booked using a package, prepaid service, membership credit, or promotional session may display an appointment balance of $0.
A $0 balance does not mean the appointment has no value. It means the service has already been paid for or allocated through an existing package or benefit.
More than 24 hours’ notice: The appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled and the unused session will remain available in the package, subject to the package’s original expiration terms.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: One package session will be forfeited and considered used.
No-show: One package session will be forfeited and considered used.
For a prepaid or package appointment, the forfeited-session rule replaces the standard percentage cancellation or no-show charge for that same appointment unless a different requirement was clearly disclosed before confirmation.
Complimentary Package Sessions
A complimentary or bonus session included with a package still reserves provider time and has appointment value.
If a complimentary session is cancelled within 24 hours or missed as a no-show, that complimentary session may be forfeited and considered used.
It cannot be restored solely because the appointment displayed a $0 balance.
Group Head Spa Reservations
Group appointments reserve multiple treatment times, rooms, and/or providers and therefore require additional booking protection.
A $50 non-refundable reservation deposit per guest may be required to confirm a group reservation.
The deposit is credited toward the applicable guest’s service when the appointment is completed.
The person making the reservation is considered the primary booking guest and accepts responsibility for communicating the policy to all members of the group.
Changes to Group Size
If the number of guests changes more than 24 hours before the appointment, please contact us so the reservation can be adjusted.
If one or more guests are removed from the reservation within 24 hours, the deposit for each affected guest becomes non-refundable and will be credited toward the applicable late-cancellation fee.
If the required late-cancellation fee exceeds the deposit amount, only the remaining balance may be charged to the payment method used to secure the group reservation.
Group No-Shows
If a reserved guest does not attend, the appointment is subject to the 100% no-show policy.
Any deposit already collected for that guest will be credited toward the no-show amount rather than charged in addition to it.

This prevents duplicate charges while still protecting the provider time reserved for the absent guest.
Gift Card Reservations
Gift cards are a payment method and do not waive appointment policies.
Newly issued gift cards are valid only at the Elite Lashes & Head Spa location selected at purchase and cannot be redeemed at other Elite locations. Please verify the issuing location and gift card code before booking. Previously issued gift cards will be honored according to their original terms.
Guests using a gift card may still be required to provide a valid payment card when booking.
An eligible gift card may be used toward the completed service at checkout. Cancellation or no-show fees may be collected according to the payment policy accepted when the reservation was confirmed.
High-Value & Extended Appointments
Long-duration, high-value, multi-service, and group reservations may require a deposit or upfront payment before the appointment is confirmed.
The required amount may depend on the service duration, appointment value, number of guests, or prior booking history.
Any special payment requirement will be disclosed before confirmation.
Repeated Late Cancellations or No-Shows
Guests with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to provide a non-refundable reservation deposit or upfront payment to secure future Head Spa appointments.
Any reservation deposit required for a future appointment will be credited toward that appointment when completed, unless a different requirement is clearly disclosed before confirmation.
